Description
Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? Our construction crews work on everything from design to build of residential house. Custom Quality Build is known as a quality supplier and contractor in the Construction Industry. We custom design and build or renovate residential build in Lethbridge
Responsibility
Review of vendor quotations for compliance with technical and quality requirements
Review and approval of project purchase order prior to issuance
Follow up after purchase orders have been issued to ensure schedule compliance and expedite where required
Maintain a consolidated project report to total project cost and schedule status vs. planned schedule, budgets and contract obligations
Maintain regular contact with client representatives on contract issues, schedule, delivery and technical issues
Estimate and construct all change orders, notifications and quality turn overdocumentation

Must have effective communication and quality customer service experience. Should have a good understanding of interior design, house styles, the material used in construction, and planning.
Should be able to learn Gantt chart, design software such as Autocad, accountancy software, billing and receiving.
Should have above-average skills in mathematics (preferably a distinction student) to implement them in design and project management software.
Training and accreditation in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, sustainable construction practices, and associated registration with professional associations are not a must but will be considered favourably.
